Challenge

When sourcing ingredients or adapting recipes to cater to local tastes, the authentic taste and quality of Pho, can be a challenge to maintain. Consumers want to connect with the culture while also taking care of their own health and dietary restrictions.

Process

As an active learner and lover of marketing, I would often eat at this restaurant and as practice, think about how I could sell this product to others. I recognized that it had a great value proposition, but how I could show that?

Solution

First and foremost is the taste: no one wants to eat food that tastes bad. I assure the listener of this in an attention-grabbing way,

The taste of pho varies across Vancouver, but this Pho truly captured the "feel" of pho. I wanted to represent the place as authentic, and the combination of the photos showed it's well-sourced healthy ingredients. With many vegans in Vancouver, I wanted to let the public know of it's diverse selection of goods.
